Manchester Study

Have you or someone you have been caring for had a Care Plan from the NHS in the UK? If so you may like to take part in a new study being carried out by the University of Manchester. The survey is quite short and is looking particularly into how physical health problems have been covered by the Care Plan. Everyone taking part will receive a £10 voucher.
